Student requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Cannot reside in CO, CT, IL, ME, NE, VT, or WV
- Professional pilot career track only, with the intention of completing all ratings through MEI
- Full-time student, with at least 3 flight events on average per week

4. I just finished my Private (or Instrument, etc.), or I’m currently in the middle of working on a certificate or rating. Can I get a loan to finish?
This loan is designed to assist career-bound pilots in completing ALL their ratings. Your loan will help you finish all certifications that you need to complete.
