My Responsibilities
As a flight instructor I will foster a positive relationship with each student committed to exceeding all standards and requirements. Working one-on-one with each student allows for individualized instruction as each student is different in their aspirations. We will keep safety first and foremast and having a lot of fun along the way. My success is measured by students achieving their goals.
My Bio
I was born and raised in Maine with very little knowledge about possibilities in aviation. After high school I joined the US Air Force and traveled much of the US and world. I retired in 2012 and transitioned directly into teaching Junior ROTC at High schools in Iowa and Kentucky. While in Kentucky I took an orientation flight at a local flight school and was instantly hooked. Prior to moving to Clarksville I instructed in Germany to military connected students. I have a wife and a total of seven children. I enjoy spending as much time with them as I can.
My Hobbies
Enjoying family time, watching and playing sports, flying.
My Favorite Thing About Wings
Wings is part of a global family of Aviators. Wings has the highest quality of aircraft and instruction you will find. They strive to create a culture where everyone, regardless of experience, feels welcome and part of the team.
My Motto
Do what you love and have a passion for. Everything else will work itself out.
My Message to You
Piloting a plane brings about a tremendous feeling of success. Every flight is different with unique challenges. If you are ready for this journey and want to be part of a great team in the process, Wings is place to make it all happen.
